Synkaro Loop ("we", "us", or "our") operates as a B2B engineering consultancy providing production-ready RAG architectures, multi-agent workflows, and automated data processing infrastructure for enterprise environments.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when engaging our services, including business contact details, project requirements, and technical specifications necessary for delivering our services.

How We Use Your Information

Information is used solely to scope, deliver, and support the engineering solutions contracted with your organization. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties outside of service delivery.

Data Security

All client data is handled under strict confidentiality protocols. Our infrastructure deployments on AWS ECS and GCP Cloud Run environments include prompt injection defense and API proxy routing to protect your data at every layer.

Data Retention

We retain engagement data for the duration of the contract plus a maximum of 24 months for audit and compliance purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us directly.

By engaging Synkaro Loop for engineering services, you agree to the following terms governing our B2B consultancy relationship.

Scope of Services

Synkaro Loop delivers production-ready engineering solutions including Workflow & Process Automation (n8n, Make, Zapier), LLM Architecture & RAG Pipelines (LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases), API Middleware & Systems Integration, and Infrastructure & Cost Governance.

Engagement Model

All engagements are scoped in advance through a written proposal. Work begins upon signed agreement and receipt of any agreed deposit. Scope changes require written approval from both parties.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns all custom code, pipelines, and configurations developed specifically for their engagement. Synkaro Loop retains rights to generic frameworks, methodologies, and proprietary tooling used across engagements.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Synkaro Loop's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in which an issue arises. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA.

Synkaro Loop provides high-complexity B2B engineering services. The following policy governs refunds and cancellations.

Pre-Engagement Deposits

Deposits paid to reserve engineering capacity are non-refundable once the scoping and architecture phase has commenced.

Milestone-Based Payments

For multi-milestone engagements, payments for completed milestones are non-refundable. If you cancel after a milestone is delivered and accepted, subsequent milestone payments will not be charged.

Cancellation Before Work Begins

If a signed engagement is cancelled prior to any work commencing, a full refund of any advance payment (excluding the scoping deposit) will be issued within 14 business days.

Disputed Deliverables

If a deliverable does not meet the agreed technical specification, Synkaro Loop will revise the work at no additional cost. Refunds for completed deliverables are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
